Canada wide mail order is available , that includes all provinces . No outside Canada shipping available.

All mail orders paid before 3pm will be shipped that day.  Mail orders paid for after 3pm will be shipped the following day Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. 

We only accept INTERAC E- Transfer (EMT) as payment for mail orders. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice. All mail orders will ship only after E-Transfer’s have been confirmed. If we receive your payment before 3pm , your order will be shipped that business day. Orders paid after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

If your tracking number shows your package going to another City , this is a human error most likely at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to enter information manually and if a digit/letter  is missing or off  this can cause a routing error and subsequent delay 1-2 days.

Unfortunately , we are unable to offer any refunds. If there is an issue with your order and compensation is agreed upon , a store credit will be added to your account to use on your next order.
